Sept. 6th & 7th

15min AMRAP
A. Runs 400m
B AMRAP: 3 Burpee/ 6 Lunges / 9 Push Ups

Its all about endurance on this one. Since you can only gain points on the AMRAP that is where you make up your points. Your AMRAP reps should be unbroken. If push ups get rough do in sets of 4 then 5 (or vice versa) or sets of 3. Recover on the run...but HUSTLE!
