7 is a tricky but do able unbroken rep number. If you need to break, rest the bell in rack position so you don't have to lean it every time. I would break 7 up into 4/3 reps if for some reason you cannot go unbroken. If your arms are just done, then think 3/2/2 for reps. Always push press, don't strict press and let your arms recover on the deadlifts.
