Relentless WOD Sept. 17th

Sing Arm Thrusters
Run 200m

Notice the rep numbers, they are all divisible by 3. For the thrusters I would do 7 on the right arm then 7 on the left then 7 on the right...Recover on the run. Back for 5 on the right 5 on the left 5 on the right...recover on the run. Back for 3R/3L/3R...recover on the run. You get the point. Find a number and stick to it (this kinda seems to be the "theme" for theses endurance WODs).
