On Saturday, July 3rd, 2010 a bunch of CrossFitters met at Crossfit Austin to take on The 2nd Annual Murph. The workout included:
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run
Partition the pull ups, push ups, and squats as needed. If you have a weighted vest, wear it!
Melisa, Jess, Pam, Rusty and myself took on the 2nd heat at 9am. The best advice I can give you is to DONT STOP MOVING! While I didn't wear a 20lb vest like Bonita nor was I crazy enough to do it 1.5 times like Jeremy , I did get through it and enjoyed myself. It was even worth the soreness afterwards.
