It shouldn't take you long to move through theses easy movements. HOWEVER your transition should be quick. Don't spend a long time standing up from the floor press to get into the KB Row. I def start off unbroken then break it up into sets of 5. Perform 5 reps...3-2-1...5 reps. If you go all out at the beginning your arms are going to hate you and will not keep up at the end.
