40 Lunges
20 Game Style Push Ups
10 Burpees
Another endurance WOD...all body weight. I would find a number and stick to it. Lunges should be unbroken, just keep moving. Don't go all out, especially if for some crazy reason you want to be a rockstar and do jumping lunges, that will last for about 20 reps...maybe. 40 Lunges unbroken then break up the push ups as needed. FIND A NUMBER AND STICK TO IT! Do them in sets of 5, taking only a brief/hot sec between sets to finish them. If these are your weakness...find a number. Do 5-5 or 4-3-3. Slow and Steady wins the race...but don't be to slow!
