5 American Swings
10 Lunge Pass Throughs
* Each Min, Swings Increase by 5 reps:
rd 1 = 5 Swings
rd 2 = 10 Swings
rd 3 = 15 Swings
This one is going to get tricky...and FAST! Find a good pace and stick to it! Use your recovery when you can and DON'T LOSE COUNT!!
