Relentless WOD Sept. 13th & 14th

Tabata: Burpees
REST 2 mins
Tabata: Sit Ups

Endurance WOD at its best. The burpees are going to be the worst thing here, not the sit ups. Find a number and don't drop below that number at any time, even if the number is low, just stick to that number.
