This is all about endurance...and holding on to the bell. Benefit from your 10 second rest in the tabata. Set a number and stick with that number every time. You will only have 10 sec rest between the Tabata and the 45 sec/15sec set. its 45sec, don't stop moving. Use correct form and you will ROCK this!
