Better late than never...My Relentless victims kicked off the start of the new year with a "New Years WOD". This included the following:
2011 = 20 russian twist and 11 situps
365 (days in 2011) = 365 toe taps OR overhead wall slams
52 (wks in 2011) = 52 lunges
24 (24hrs/day) = 24 squats
7 (7 days a week) = 7 burpees
